Correct Answer - Option 3 : Wednesday

Day before yesterday = 13th day of the month

Today is 15th day of the month.

3rd day of the last month with 31 days = Tuesday

1st day of last month = Sunday 

31st day of the last month = Tuesday

1st day of this month is Wednesday

15th day of this month is Wednesday.

Hence, "Wednesday" is the correct answer.
