Correct Answer - Option 4 : 184

Given:

Marks scored by Raman = 456

Percentage of marks scored by Seeta = 54%

Marks scored by Seeta = Marks scored by Raman – 24

Minimum passing mark = 34%

Calculation:

Marks of Seeta = (456 – 24) marks = 432 marks

Now, 54% = 432 marks

Passing marks (34%) = (432/54%) × 34% = 272 marks

The score of Raman is more than the passing mark by = (456 – 272) marks = 184 marks

∴ The score of Raman is 184 more than the minimum passing marks
