Formula used:

one day work = 1/total days taken to complete the work

Calculation:

Antony's and Vikash's one day work = 1/20

Vikash's one day work = 1/25

Antony's one day work = 1/20 - 1/25

⇒ (5-4)/100 = 1/100

∴ Antony will complete the work in 100 days.
