The Correct Answer is 2 only

  • The Constitution does not provide for the acquisition and loss of citizenship procedure. Rather, it leaves it to the Parliament under article 11 to provide for the acquisition and termination of citizenship.
  • The Constitution under Article 5 to Article 10 provides for a class of people who will be classified as the citizens of India on the commencement of the Constitution on 26th January 1950.
