The statement mentions that the carbon-rich discharge from domestic industry and imports can be managed effectively and brought down by charging revenue.

From what has been supplied it can be deduced that domestic production leads to the generation of carbon-related content into the environment. So, inference I follows.

Also, from the supplied statement it can be inferred that the production of carbon-related content is not environment friendly therefore there is a need to regulate its emissions. So, inference II follows.

Hence, Both I and II follow.
