Correct Answer - Option 5 : Both statements (A) and (B) are effects of some common cause.

It is clear from the first statement that the journalist wants to return home from the place where he was sent to click the pictures of war. He messaged Mr. Remington that since there was no war he wished to return home.

On this, the owner of the newspaper asked him to send pictures since he was bent on beating rival newspapers and had decided to create a story of the war himself.

Both the statements are effects and cause. There is something that has happened in the background and has resulted in the events mentioned in A and B.

Hence, Both statements (A) and (B) are effects of some common cause.
