Correct Answer - Option 2 : Only II follows

Conclusion:

I. Sonali does not have a wrist watch.

II. Sonalis birthday is in the near future.

III. Both A and B have known Sonali for the last three years.

IV. A is Sonali’s cousin.

The statement tells us that Sonali’s father is planning to give Sonali a watch on her birthday. This obviously means that Sonali’s birthday is in the near future but nothing is known of the relationship of A, B and Sonali. We also do not know whether Sonali already has a wrist watch or not. Hence conclusion I, III & IV do not follow

Hence, only conclusion II follows.
