Correct Answer - Option 2 : Only II follow

Statements: A teacher teaches four subjects in school. No other teacher in the school teaches four subjects.

Conclusions:

I) Some of the teachers in the school teach more than four subjects → False (We can not say anything about the other teachers to teach four subjects).

II) Only one teacher in the school teaches exactly four subjects → True (It is right because there is only one teacher who teaches exactly four subjects).

Hence, Only conclusion II follow.
