Correct Answer - Option 1 : Only I follow

Given statement: Deepa has scored the highest marks in the board exam in her state including all streams.

Conclusions:

I) Deepa has scored the highest marks in her school → True (If someone has scored the highest overall in the state board exam, then it is obvious that he or she has scored the highest marks in his or her school).

II) Deepa is not interested in singing → False (If someone is good in studies, it does not mean that he or she is not interested in singing).

Hence, Only conclusion I follow.
