Correct Answer - Option 4 : 3 + 6 ÷ 2 = 4

According to the question,

Interchange : sign '+' and '÷', number '3' and '6'

1) For  3 + 6 ÷ 6 =  10

 3 + 6 ÷ 6 will become 6 ÷  3 + 3 = 5 so it is not correct

2) For 6 ÷ 3 + 3 = 6

6 ÷ 3 + 3 will become 3 + 6 ÷ 6 = 4 so it is not correct

3) For 6 + 3 ÷ 4 = 2.5

6 + 3 ÷ 4  will become 3 ÷ 6 + 4 = 4.5 so it is not correct

4) For 3 + 6 ÷ 2 = 4

3 + 6 ÷ 2 will become 6 ÷ 3 + 2 = 4 so it is correct

Hence 3 + 6 ÷ 2 = 4 is the correct answer.
