Correct Answer - Option 1 : 118

Given that,

The ratio of ages of Ram, Shyam, Neel = 4: 5: 7

The age of Neel = 49 years

Calculations:

Age of Neel = 7x = 49

⇒ x = 49/7 = 7

Now, the ages of Ram and Shyam = 4x, 5x

Age of Ram = 4 × 7 = 28 years

Age of Shyam = 5 × 7 = 35 years

After 2 years the ages of Ram = 28 + 2 = 30 years

After 2 years the ages of Shyam = 35 + 2 = 37 years

After 2 years the ages of Neel = 49 + 2 = 51 years

The sum of the ages of the Ram, Shyam and Neel after 2 years = 30 + 37 + 51 = 118

∴ The sum of the ages of the Ram, Shyam and Neel = 118 years
