  • The Third Battle of Panipat was fought between The Maratha Empire and The Afghan Army took place on 14 January 1761 at Panipat.
  • The Battle was fought between Sadashiv Rao Bhau(The Maratha Empire) and Ahmad Shah Durrani (The Afghan Army).
  • In this Battle, Three Indian allies were supported by The Afgan Army, The Rohilla of (Najib-Ud-Daulah), Afghans of (Doab Region), and Shuja-Ud-Daula (The Nawab of Awadh).
