Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 1 : 1750

Price at which house bought by  Asif = Rs.50000

Profit earned by Asif, when selling to Maya = 20%

SP for Asif = CP for Maya = [(100 + 20)/100] × 50000 = Rs.60000

SP for Maya = CP for Reshma = Rs.45000

Profit earned by Maya on selling the house = 15%

So, the SP for Maya = [(100 + 15)/100] × 45000 = Rs.51750

Hence, the difference between the amount paid by Asif to buy the house and the SP for Maya = 51750 - 50000 = Rs.1750

∴ The extra amount at which Reshma has sold the house when compared to the price at which Asif had bought it is Rs.1750
