Correct Answer - Option 4 : A

Only option statement numbered A is in true with the above given statement.

The consumer can claim for call drop.

The rule is binding on network operators as apex authority telecom regulatory has ordered

Compensation of Rs 1 with a cap of three per day for call drop.

As network operator companies start providing compensation, the same would be given automatically to the customers.

Hence, Option 4 is correct.
