(a) Harmony not discord. Taylor has emphasised that there should be complete harmony between workers and the management since if there is any conflict between the two, it will not be beneficial either for the workers or the management. Hence, both management and workers should realize the importance of each other. 

(b) Esprit de corps : According to Fayal, 'Management should promote team spirit of unity and harmony among employees". In order to achieve organisational objectives, management should promote team work and coordination. 

(c) (i) Harmony (ii) coordination
