Correct Answer - Option 3 : 12.5

Given:

Mode – Median  = 25

Formula used:

Mode = 3 Median - 2 Mean

Calculation:

Mode = 3 Median - 2 Mean

⇒ Mode = 2 Median + Median - 2 Mean

⇒ 2 Median - 2 Mean = Mode - Median

⇒  2(Median – Mean) = 25

⇒ Median – Mean = 25/2

⇒ Median – Mean = 12.5

∴ The difference between the Median and the Mean is 12.5.
