Correct Answer - Option 1 : Only I follows.

Option 1; Only I follows.

The statement talks about the high mortality rate among Indians due to detection of cancer usually in the last stage.

Course of action I suggests that government should organize subsidized health check-up camps for mandatory health check-ups, this will help trace ailments especially cancer in early stages. Therefore, course of action I follows.

Course of action II suggests that screens spreading awareness about cancer-causing agents should be installed at roundabouts("chaurahas") all over the country. But this does not seem to help detect cancer earlier. This is more of a preventive measure which is not a suitable course of action with respect to the question statement. Therefore, course action II does not follow.

Hence,option 1 is correct.
