Correct Answer - Option 2 : Only II follows.

Option 2, Only II follows.

The statement talks about a Farmer's agitation in response to the newly passed agriculture bills.

Course of action I suggests that the Government should welcome the farmers in Delhi by making arrangements for their boarding and lodging. Now, this seems illogical because, number of people traveling down to Delhi from all over India is unclear, also their arrival pertains to a protest movement, so there is discord and therefore course of action I does not follow.

Course of action II suggests that the Government should negotiate terms with them and try to negate the possibility of such a mass protest in the first place. This appears to be an appropriate course of action as this might appease both the parties and help them to arrive at a compromise. Therefore, course action II follows.

Hence, option 2 is correct.
