Correct Answer - Option 2 : 1680

Given:

Delivery charge = 80

Delivery charge = 5% of mobile's cost price

Calculations:

Let the mobile's cost price be 100x

Delivery charge = 100x × 5/100 = 5x

⇒ 5x = 80

⇒ x = 16

Cost price of mobile = 100x = 1600

Total price of mobile in which Gopal can buy = 1600 + 80 = 1680

∴ Total price in which Gopal can buy the mobile is Rs. 1680
