The correct answer is Article 19 of the constitution

  • Article 19 (1)(C) of the constitution provides that, All citizens shall have the right to form associations or trade unions.

  • Article 19 guarantees to all citizens the six rights. These are
  1. Right to freedom of speech and expression.
  2. Right to assemble peaceably and without arms.
  3. Right to from associations or unions or co-operative societies.
  4. Right to movie freely throughout the territory of India.
  5. Right to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India.
  6. Right to practice any profession or to carry on any occupation, trade or business.

 

  • Article 17 of the constitution deals with the abolition of untouchability and its practice in any form.
  • Article 24 of the constitution provides that, no child below the age of fourteen years shall be employed to work in any factory or mine or engaged in any other hazardous employment. But it does not prohibit their employment in any harmless or innocent work.
  • Article 30 of the constitution grants following rights to minorities whether religious or linguistic.
  1. All minorities shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.
  2. The compensation amount fixed by the State for the compulsory acquisition of any property of a minority educational institutional shall not restrict or abrogate the right guaranteed to them. This provision was added by the 44th Amendment.
  3. In getting aid, the State shall not discriminate against any educational institution managed by a minority.
