Striated muscle Unstriated muscle
Shape : Cells in striated muscle are long cylindrical and unbranched. Cells in unstriated muscle are long with pointed ends.
Site / Location : These are located in limbs and attached to skeleton. These are located in Alimentary canal, blood vessels, Iris of the eye, in uterus and in the bronchi of lungs.
