Correct Answer - Option 4 : Only II is True

Given statements: S ≥ P > Q = R > M

Conclusions:

I. S ≥ R → False (as S ≥ P > Q = R → S > R)

II. M < P → True (as P > Q = R > M → P > M)

Hence, only II is True.
