When acoustic resonance takes place, a loud sound is heard. Why does this happen? Explain.

At acoustic resonance, the amplitude of the vibration of the body becomes very large. Since loudness is proportional to the square of the amplitude, therefore, we hear a loud sound under this condition. 

(b) : 

1. Trumpet: 500Hz. 

2. 512Hz. Second resonance will take place.
