Given statements:- O ≤ R = M ≤ X; R = P < Q

Combined statement is O ≤ R = M = P < Q; M ≤ X

(I) Q ≥ M - False (Because M = P < Q, implies Q > M)

(II) P = M - True (Because M = R = P, implies P = M)

Hence, the correct answer is only II follows.
