Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 2 : 33.33%

Given:

Speed of Rahul = 30 m/s

Speed of Sagar = 35 m/s

Increase  in speed of Sagar = 14.28%

 Calculations:

New speed of Sagar = 35 + {35 ×(1/7)}

⇒ 35 + 5

⇒ 40 m/s

Percentage difference between new speed of Sagar and speed of Rahul = {(40 - 30)/30} × 100

⇒ (10/30) × 100

⇒ 33.33%

∴ Rahul needs to increase his speed by 33.33% to match Sagar's new speed.
