Correct Answer - Option 5 : Both Conclusions I and II are True

Given Statement: Q > R = S < T ≤ A, Y > W ≥ H > Q

Combined Statement: Y > W ≥ H > Q > R = S < T ≤ A,

Conclusions:

I. W > Q → (True) → (As, W ≥ H > Q)

II. R < A → (True) → (As, R = S < T ≤ A)

Hence, Both Conclusions I and II are True.
