Correct Answer - Option 2 : 2 hours

Given:

Distance between Rohit and Dinesh = 64 km

Rohit's speed = 15 km/h

Dinesh's speed = 17 km/h

Formulae Used:

Speed = Distance/Time

Relative speed of two bodies approaching each other = Sum of their individual speeds

Calculation:

When Rohit and Dinesh are travelling towards each other,

Their relative speed = 15 + 17 = 32 km/h

Time taken by them to meet each other = 64/32 = 2 hours

∴ The time taken for Rohit and Dinesh to meet each other = 2 hours
