Correct Answer - Option 3 : Either I or II follow

Statements: P > Q > R < S =T; T > U ≤ W = X ≥ Y

On combining: P > Q > R < S = T > U ≤ W = X ≥ Y

Conclusions:

I. U < Q → (As Q > R < S = T > U → Relation between U and Q cannot be determined because the symbols are in reverse order)

II. U ≥ Q → (As Q > R < S = T > U → Relation between U and Q cannot be determined because the symbols are in reverse order)

Both the conclusions are wrong so the Either and Or case applies.

Hence, Either I or II follows.
