Directions: In the following questions, relationship between different elements is shown in the statements. These statements are followed by two conclusions. Study the following conclusions based on the statements and mark your answers.

Statements: Z = A > V = N, R ≥ P ≥ D = W ≤ Z

Conclusions:

I. R ≥ Z

II. A > D

1. Only II follows
2. Only I follows
3. Neither I nor II follows

Correct Answer - Option 3 : Neither I nor II follows

Given statements: Z = A > V = N, R ≥ P ≥ D = W ≤ Z

On combining: R ≥ P ≥ D = W ≤ Z = A > V = N

Conclusions:

I. R ≥ Z → False (As R ≥ D, D = W and W ≤ Z, hence it is false)

II. A > D  → False (As W ≤ Z, A = Z and D = W, so, A ≥ D, not only A > D hence false).

Hence, Neither I nor II follows.
