Correct Answer - Option 4 : Neither I nor II is implicit.

From the information above we cannot assume whether the frogs like to stay in water or land.

Therefore, assumption I is not implicit.

Similarly, the information available in the statement above is not sufficient for us to assume that frogs come out of the water to eat.

Therefore, assumption II is also not implicit.

Hence, Neither I nor II is implicit.
