From the information above we can assume that Ramesh is a professional driver as driving a school bus requires a lot of experience.

Therefore, assumption I is implicit.

However, the information available in the statement above is not sufficient to determine the hours in which we can find Ramesh free. Moreover, it is contradictory to the statement above as the schools are generally in the morning.

Therefore, assumption II is not implicit.
