From the information above we can assume that one of the primary reasons for the popularity of Mary’s bakery can be delicious cakes.

Therefore, assumption I is implicit.

However, the information available in the statement above is not sufficient to determine the choice of the people in town, neither can we say that the cakes are homemade.

Therefore, assumption II is not implicit.
