Correct Answer - Option 2 : 171

Given:

LCM of two numbers = 792

HCF of two numbers = 9

One number = 72

Formula Used:

LCM × HCF = One number × another number

Calculation:

Let the another number be ‘A’

LCM × HCF = One number × another number

⇒ 792 × 9 = 72 × A

⇒ A = 792 × 9/72

⇒ A = 11 × 9

⇒ A = 99

Sum of these two numbers = 72 + 99

⇒ 171

The sum of these two numbers is 171.
