Correct Answer - Option 2 : Coulomb

Analysis:

Fundamental units is a set of those units of physical quantities from which every other unit can be derived.

E.g. Candela:- Fundamental unit of light.

        Kelvin:- Fundamental unit of temperature.

Mol:- Fundamental unit of amount of substance.

Derived units are those which are derived from the fundamental units.

E.g. Coulomb = 1 Ampere × 1 Second

                       = 1 Farad × 1 Volt
