Given:

Rajesh does 26% of work in 13 days.

Concept used:

Work done = Time × Efficiency

Calculation:

Number of days taken by Rajesh = 13 × 100/26 = 50 days

The ratio of efficiency of Harish to Rajesh = 3 ∶ 2

Work done	Time taken	Efficiency
Harish	100/3	3
Rajesh	50	2
Total work	50 × 2 = 100

Time taken by both of them together to finish the work = 100/(3 +2) = 20 days

∴ Time taken by both to finish the work together is 20 days.
