Correct Answer - Option 3 : Both I and II are True

Given statements: L < O = C ≥ A; X ≤ V < L = H

On combining: A ≤ C = O > L = H > V ≥ X

Conclusions:

I. C > H → True (as C = O > L = H → C > H)

II. X < O → True (as O > L = H > V ≥ X → O > X)

Hence, both I and II are True is the correct answer.
