Correct Answer - Option 3 : 22°

Given :

tan4A = cot(A – 20°)

Formula used :

tanθ = cot (90° – θ)

Calculations :

cot (90° – 4A) = cot (A – 20°)

⇒ 90°– 4A = A – 20°

⇒ 5A = 110°

⇒ A = 22°

∴ The value of A will be 22°
