Correct Answer - Option 4 : energy

Energy is correct answer

  • According to the Faraday Law, the change in magnetic flux causes electric current.
  • The direction of polarity of this induced emf is given by Lenz Law.
  • So, Faraday law, along with concept of Lenz law is given as

\(e=-\frac{d\text{ }\!\!\Phi\!\!\text{ }}{dt}\)

Where dΦ = change in magnetic flux and e = induced e.m.f.

  • The Lenz Law induces the concept of conservation of energy in Faraday Law.
  • According to Lenz law the change in magnetic flux causes change in energy, which is balanced by the induced emf.
