PowerPoint is used to create overhead transparency, paper, 35mm slides, Photo Print, or on-screen presentations. We can insert pictures (gif, jpeg), sounds, animation, video (mp4), and type text in presentations. There are Auto Layouts and templates that make the creation of a presentation simple. One can add one or more slides to your presentation from another, without having to open the other file:

  • Open an existing presentation or create a new presentation that you want to insert slides into.
  • From the Insert menu, choose the Slides from Files
  • Select the presentation that you want to insert, click Select slides to insert, and then click Insert.
