Correct Answer - Option 2 :

3√2

Given:

Points (6, 7) and (3, 4)

Formula Used:

(Distance)2 = (x1 – x2)2 + (y1 – y2)2

Calculation:

(Distance)2 = (x1 – x2)2 + (y1 – y2)2

⇒ (Distance)2 = (6 – 3)2 + (7 – 4)2

⇒ (Distance)2 = (3)2 + (3)2

⇒ (Distance)2 = 9 + 9

⇒ Distance = √18

⇒ Distance = 3√2

The distance between the points (6, 7) and (3, 4) is 3√2 units.
