Correct Answer - Option 4 : 25

Given:

Difference between two numbers = 20 % of the larger number

Smaller number = 20

Calculations:

Let the larger number be x

⇒ x – 20 = (20/100)x

⇒ x – 20 = (1/5)x

⇒ x – (1/5)x = 20

⇒ 4x/5 = 20

⇒ 4x = 100

⇒ x = 25

∴ The largest number is 25
