Best answer

Let the no. of small cones = n

Then, total volume of n cones = Volume of sphere

Diameter = 28 cm.

Cones:

Radius r = d/2

Height, h = 3 cm

Total volume of n-cones = n . 154/9 cm3

Sphere:

Radius = d/2 = 28/2 = 14 cm

No. of cones formed = 672.
