π -acid ligands are capable of accepting an appreciable amount of π electron density from the metal atom into π* or σ* orbital( LUMO) of their own.

CO, No, ethylene and cyclopentadienyl act as \(P\hat t\)- acid ligand while ferrocene does not because it is a complex not a ligand.

Hence option (d) is right answer
