**Now**

\(\overline{x}= a+(\frac{\Sigma f_iu_i}{\Sigma f_i})\times h\)

= 125 + × 50

= 125 + (43 × 2)

= 125 + 86

= 211.

**NOTE:** If we consider first value as “a” then we dont get negative values in u_{i ,} f_{i}u_{i} columns. Then it becomes easy for calculation.
