Ca(OH)2 + H3PO4  CaHPO4 + 2H4O

Eq. wt. = mol. wt./number of replaceable   hydrogen

Molecular wt. of H3PO4  = 3 + 31 + 64 = 98

In the given reaction the number of replaceable hydrogen = 2.

Thus,   Eq. wt. = 98/2 = 49
