∴ Median class = 50-55 

l – lower boundary of the median class = 55 

f – frequency of the median class = 8 c

.f = 5 

Class size h = 6

= 50 + 7.5 

= 57.5 

= 50 + 7.5 = 57.5 

∴ Median weight = 57.5 kg.
