Best answer

The selling price of a radio = ₹ 903

Profit % = 5%

C.P = ?

C.P = \(\frac{S.P\,\times\,100}{(100\,+\,g)}\)

\(\frac{903\,\times\,100}{(100\,+\,5)}\)

\(\frac{903\,\times\,100}{105}\)

C.P. = 8.6 × 100 = 860

∴ The cost price of the radio = ₹ 860
