Rehan says there are 37 non square numbers between 92 and  112.  Is he right?

No. of (integers) non perfect square numbers between 92 and 112 

= 82, 83, ……. 100 …… 120 = 39 

But 100 is a perfect square number. 

∴ Required non perfect square numbers are = 39 – 1 = 38 

∴ No, his assumption is wrong.
