वृषण की शुक्रजनन नलिकाओं (Seminiferous tubules) की जननिक एपीथीलियम में जनन कोशिकाओं के मध्य में स्थान-स्थान पर फूली हुई लम्बी सटली कोशिकाएँ पाई जाती हैं। ये शुक्राणुओं को पोषण प्रदान करती हैं।
