The oxidation state of Co in [CoF6]3- is  = +3

electric configuration of Co+3 = [Ne] 3s23p63d6

\(\because\) F is a weak ligand for Co+3 thus pairing of d - orbitals electrons does not happen.

because P > Δo

So [CoF6]-3 is high spin complex.
